Ever repeat the same behaviour over and over again and think...I shouldn’t have done that, I need to not do that next time, but it happens again. You know it’s happening but you don’t know how to tackle it.
This is not an exact science, rather the steps I have taken in the past to break free of that behaviour and get myself in the best shape of my life, it worked for me, and will most certainly work for you also.
